Messerschmidt Pond Boat Launch is a boat launch in Connecticut, about 1.5 miles from the town of Lake View. Despite its name, the launch gives access to Horse Pond, so that is the water you'll be putting in on. July is usually the hottest month, with highs near 82°F. May and October are cooler, with highs around 65°F and lows near 50°F.
