Riddler Boulder is a climbing area in western Colorado on Bureau of Land Management land administered by the Grand Junction Field Office. It sits among a cluster of bouldering spots, with several other problems and walls within a few hundred yards. Spring and fall bring the mildest conditions. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Grand Junction, about 9 miles away, run near 65°F highs and 40°F lows in April and around 67°F and 41°F in October, while July averages reach the low 90s. That station sits roughly 950 feet lower than the boulder, so temperatures here run somewhat cooler. Bastion Block and Dirty Dozen Boulder Area are each about 0.1 mile away, and Blanc Block is 0.2 mile off. For a change from climbing, the Tabeguache Trail lies about a mile away.
