Rampart Range Road is a climbing area in the Pikes Peak Ranger District of the Pike and San Isabel National Forests in Colorado, managed by the Forest Service. It sits along the road of the same name, and the surrounding land is part of the national forest's ranger district. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Divide put July highs around 74°F with lows near 47°F, while winter highs stay in the low 30s. Several climbing areas lie close by.
