The Neighborhood is a climbing area in Colorado, about half a mile from Glenwood Springs. It sits right next to the town, making it an easy stop for anyone already in the area. Late spring and early fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show May highs around 71°F and September highs around 78°F, while July climbs to about 89°F and winter brings frequent snow days. Zipper Buttress is just 0.1 mile away, and the Glenwood Springs climbing area is about half a mile off. Mountain bikers can head to the Glenwood Canyon Trail or the Boy Scout trail, both about 0.4 mile away.
