The Galley is a climbing area in Ute Valley Park, a city-managed park in Colorado. It sits on city land, and the park is the surrounding unit. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July highs around 81°F with lows near 55°F, while winter highs stay in the low 40s. Several other spots are right next door. Tie-Breaker Boulder and Cube Boulder are both about 0.1 mile away, and the Triple Treat mountain biking trail is the same distance off. For an overnight stay, Garden of the Gods RV Resort is about 4 miles away.
