Atlantis Slab is a climbing area in the South Platte Ranger District of the Pike and San Isabel National Forests in Colorado, along the South Platte River. The land is managed by the Regional Water Districts. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Roxborough run to highs around 79°F in June and 85°F in July, with lows near 50°F and 58°F. Winters are cold, with January highs around 46°F and lows near 19°F. The South Face and North Face climbing areas and Java Dome all sit about 0.3 miles away. Osprey Campground is about 2.4 miles off.
