After Rain Wall is a climbing area on Bureau of Land Management land within the Uncompahgre Field Office in Colorado. The land is managed by the BLM, and the nearest town is Delta, about 17 miles away. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station in Delta show May highs around 76°F and October highs around 68°F, while July averages about 93°F and January highs sit near 40°F. Escalante Creek, a canoeing spot, lies just 0.2 miles away. The Bikini Buttress Area and Interiors Wall Area climbing areas are both within a mile. For a hike, the BLM 052/053 (McCarty Trail) is about 5 miles off.
