Warm Up Area is a bouldering area in the Mono Lake Ranger District of Inyo National Forest in California, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing and hiking spots, with Warm Up Boulder, Big Reach Arete Boulder and Warm Up Ridge all about 0.1 mile away, and the Hartley Spur Trail just as close. The climbing here is bouldering, with two routes listed: Bandicoots at V3 and Flash Bandito at V4. Both are bouldering problems, and the area is best suited to climbers looking for short, crag-style sessions rather than long approaches. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Mammoth Lakes show July highs around 78°F with lows near 49°F, while winter highs stay around 41°F. For an overnight base, Hartley Springs Campground is about 1.8 miles away and Oh Ridge about 1.6 miles. Rush Creek, a paddling spot, lies roughly 5 miles off.
