Sea Crag is a climbing area in Sonoma Coast State Park, California, managed by State Park and Recreation. It sits within the park's network of climbing spots, with other climbing areas close by. The most comfortable months for a visit are late summer into early fall, when typical averages from the nearby Ft Ross weather station run from highs around 65°F in July to 67°F in September. That station sits several hundred feet lower than the crag, so temperatures up high run cooler. Main Rock, another climbing area, is just 0.4 miles away. Russian Gulch Trail and Russian Gulch Creek are both within about a mile and a quarter, and Sea to Sky Trail is roughly 2 miles off.
