Salt Point State Park is a California state park managed by State Park and Recreation, about 0.4 miles from the Johnny Cash Boulders and the Bluff Trail. The park holds a cluster of climbing areas, with bouldering and sport routes spread across the site. The climbing here is a mix of bouldering and sport. Of the 23 routes listed, 16 are boulders, and the grades run from V0 to V7 on the V scale and from 5.8 to 5.12b on the YDS scale. The Bluff Traverse is a V0 boulder, and the Uplifted boulder is the hardest at V7. The Bluff Trail and Stump Beach Trail are both within half a mile, and the Call Box Rocks climbing area is about 0.6 miles away. Paddlers can reach the South Fork Gualala River, about 3 miles off.
