The Prism is an alpine climbing area in the Sequoia-Kings Canyon Wilderness, inside Sequoia National Park in California. The National Park Service manages the land, and the area falls within the park's wilderness boundaries. Six alpine routes make up the climbing here, with grades ranging from 5.7 to 5.10. Heart of Darkness is the easiest at 5.7, and Left Facet and Prism Time reach 5.10a and 5.10b. The area's routes, such as Pig with Lipstick and Monkeys In The Clouds, are named for their style and grade rather than for a single climb, and they offer a range of options for climbers familiar with alpine climbing. The Tamarack Lake Area climbing area is just 0.4 miles away, and the Elizabeth Pass North hike is about 0.6 miles off. Lone Pine Creek and Elizabeth Pass South are both around 1.5 miles away.
