One Mile is an easy hike of about 2.8 miles in the Marble Mountain Wilderness, part of the Ukonom Ranger District of Six Rivers National Forest in California. The Forest Service manages the land, and the nearest town is Cottage Grove, about 10 miles away. The trail is an out-and-back with a one-way climb of about 755 feet, from a low point of roughly 5,589 feet to a high of about 6,359 feet. The route is on natural surface, and both horses and bikes are allowed. Several other trails start close by. Bridge Creek is about 0.2 miles away and Secret Lake about 0.3 miles. Granite Lakes 5209 is about 0.6 miles off. Paddlers can head to North Fork Wooley Creek, about 3.9 miles away.
