Loganville Campground is a Forest Service site on the North Yuba River in the Yuba River Ranger District of Tahoe National Forest, along Hwy 49. It has 19 campsites with piped water and vault toilets, and it sits close to two attractions: Kentucky Mine and Sierra County Historic Park. Summer is the most comfortable time to visit. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show July highs around 82°F with lows near 54°F, and September cools to about 77°F. That station sits roughly 1,200 feet lower than the campground, so temperatures here run cooler. The Lucky Boy Mine Trail starts just 0.6 miles away, and the North Yuba River is about 1.1 miles off.
