Fouts is a Forest Service campground in the Grindstone Ranger District of Mendocino National Forest in California. It sits among a cluster of other campgrounds and trails, with South Fork Campground and Davis Flat both about 0.2 miles away. Vault toilets are the only facility listed, and a fee is charged for stays. The site is managed by the Forest Service. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit.
