Manresa State Beach (Oceanview Drive) is a public ocean beach in California, about a mile from the town of La Selva Beach. There is no fee to visit, and dogs are not allowed. Late summer into early fall is the most comfortable time to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show highs around 73 to 75°F from August through September, with only a couple of wet days a month. Winter brings highs near 61°F and about nine or ten wet days a month. For more time outdoors, South Camp is about 3.6 miles away. The Aptos Rancho Trail and Wetland Connector Trail are both within about 5 miles, and the Pajaro River offers canoeing about 6 miles off.
