About
Belinda Point is a public ocean beach in California, about 2.5 miles from the town of Caspar. There is no fee to visit, and dogs are allowed, which makes it an easy stop for anyone bringing a pet along. Summer and early fall are the driest and mildest times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station show highs around 65°F from July through September, with only a few wet days a month. Winter brings highs in the low 50s and rain on more than half the days. The Belinda Point Trail starts just 0.4 miles away, and the Ecological Staircase Trail is about 1.4 miles off. Farther out, the Caspar Uplands Trail and the Pygmy Forest Reserve Trail are both within about 3 miles.
