Davey Jones Locker is a bouldering area on Forest Service land in the Globe Ranger District of Arizona's Tonto National Forest. It sits among several other climbing areas, with Guppie Wall, Atlantis #1 and Tetons all about 0.1 mile away. The climbing here is all bouldering, with 12 routes spread across the V1 to V10 range. DJ's Easy is the easiest at V1, and The Tunnel is the hardest at V10. The median grade is V4. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from the nearby Superior weather station run from highs around 72°F in March and November to about 93°F in September, while midsummer highs reach the upper 90s. That station sits roughly 1,000 feet lower than the boulders, so temperatures on the rock itself run cooler. For a change from bouldering, the Legends of Superior Trail lies about 2 miles away, and Arnett Canyon Trail #218 is just under 5 miles off.
