Boulder C is a bouldering area in the Santa Catalina Ranger District of Coronado National Forest in Arizona, managed by the Forest Service. It sits among a cluster of climbing spots, with Boulder E and the Rose Canyon Entrance Boulders each about 0.1 mile away, and Rose Canyon campground about 0.2 mile off. The area has eight bouldering routes, all rated on the V scale from V1 to V9. The easiest are Left Seam at V1 and Large Seam at V2, while Slap Yo Mama! is the hardest at V9. Seam Dyno and Shallow Corner sit in the V3-4 range. The routes are close together, so it's easy to string several into a single visit. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to go. Typical averages from a nearby weather station at Mt Lemmon Willow Canyon show May highs around 71°F and October highs around 68°F, with lows near 50°F. Summer highs run about 80°F, and winter highs sit near 50°F. Nearby options include the Mojo Wall and Branching Out Crag about 0.2 mile away, the Incinerator Ridge mountain biking trail about 0.4 mile away, and the Maverick Spring Trail #704 hike about a mile away. General Hitchcock campground is about 1.4 miles off.
