Spillway Campground is a Forest Service campground in the Black Mesa Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in eastern Arizona. It sits among a cluster of campgrounds, with Spillway (az) about 0.1 mile away and Spillway Group Campground about 0.2 mile away. The site has vault toilets, and a fee is charged for stays. The closest neighbors are the Woods Canyon Lake Recreation Area, about 0.4 mile off, and the Woods Canyon Lake Area Boating Site, about 0.6 mile away.
