High Rock Lake is a fishing lake in the Shoal Creek Ranger District of the National Forests in Alabama, managed by the Forest Service. It sits within the Shoal Creek Ranger District, about 4.8 miles from the town of Heflin, and its waters are open to anglers. Spring and fall are the most comfortable times to visit.
