Temblor Range

The Temblor Range is a small but rugged mountain range located in central California. Situated in the rain shadow of the Coastal Ranges, the Temblors feature arid, rocky terrain carved by steep canyons and ravines. The range runs for around 30 miles north-south, with elevations ranging from 2,000 to over 5,000 feet. The landscape is dominated by sparse chaparral vegetation and exposed shale and sandstone formations, creating a stark, desert-like environment.
