Sierra de las Uvas

The Sierra de las Uvas is a small, isolated mountain range located in southern New Mexico, just north of the Texas border. Formed by volcanic activity millions of years ago, the range features rugged, rocky terrain with steep canyons and distinctive volcanic rock formations. The highest elevations reach just over 6,400 feet, providing relief from the surrounding desert landscape. Despite its remote location, the Sierra de las Uvas offers excellent opportunities for outdoor recreation, with a variety of trails winding through the canyons and across the rolling hills.
