Santa Teresa Hills

The Santa Teresa Hills are a small mountain range located in central California. Spanning an area of approximately 20 square miles, the range features rugged terrain with steep, rocky slopes and canyons. Elevations range from around 2,500 feet at the base to just over 4,000 feet at the highest peaks. The hills are primarily composed of sedimentary and volcanic rock, creating a dramatic, jagged landscape. Vegetation is dominated by chaparral shrubs, oak woodlands, and scattered pine and fir trees, providing a diverse habitat for local wildlife.
