Russel Hills

The Russel Hills are a small mountain range located in the north-central region of New Mexico. The range is characterized by rugged, rocky terrain with steep slopes and narrow canyons. The landscape is dominated by pinyon-juniper woodlands, with pockets of ponderosa pine and mixed conifer forests at higher elevations. The hills offer panoramic views of the surrounding desert and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the northeast.
