Rogue River Range

The Rogue River Range is a rugged and scenic mountain range located in southwestern Oregon. Situated within the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest, this range is characterized by steep, forested slopes, deep canyons, and granite peaks. The terrain is generally mountainous, with elevations ranging from around 2,000 feet in the valleys to over 7,500 feet at the highest summits. The range is bisected by the Wild and Scenic Rogue River, which flows through a dramatic, steep-walled canyon providing exceptional whitewater rafting and fishing opportunities.
