Rand Mountains

The Rand Mountains are a small mountain range located in the Mojave Desert of southeastern California. The range is characterized by rugged, arid terrain with steep ridges, canyons, and peaks. The geology features a mix of sedimentary, volcanic, and metamorphic rock formations, resulting in a diverse and dramatic landscape. Elevations range from around 3,000 feet to the highest point at 5,813 feet atop Rand Mountain.
