Ogilby Hills

The Ogilby Hills are a small mountain range located in the southeastern corner of California, near the border with Arizona. The range is characterized by rugged, rocky terrain with steep canyons and ridges. Elevations range from around 1,500 feet in the foothills to just over 4,000 feet at the highest peaks. The landscape is dominated by desert scrub vegetation, with creosote bush, ocotillo, and barrel cacti common throughout the area. The climate is hot and arid, with very low annual rainfall.
