Mule Mountains

The Mule Mountains are a small, relatively low-elevation mountain range located in the southeastern corner of California, near the border with Arizona. The range is characterized by rugged, rocky terrain and rolling hills, with elevations generally ranging from around 2,000 to 5,000 feet above sea level. The landscape is dominated by sparse desert vegetation, including yucca, creosote bush, and various cactus species. Despite their modest stature, the Mule Mountains offer scenic vistas and opportunities for outdoor recreation in a remote and undeveloped setting.
