Monte Altissimo is a mountain in Tuscany, Italy, with its summit at about 5,210 ft (1,589 m) above sea level. It stands inside Parco naturale regionale delle Alpi Apuane. Mapped trails that come within about half a mile of the top include Sentiero del Tubo, Lizza dei colonnoni and Sentiero della Tacca Bianca. The nearest town is Arni, about 1.2 miles southwest of the summit. Peaks within about 3 miles include Monte delle Tavole, Monte Pelato and Picco di Falcovaia.
