Val del Diaol is an out-and-back mountain bike trail in Trentino-South Tyrol, Italy. It is 1.1 miles each way, 2.3 miles there and back. It runs between about 1,260 ft and 2,560 ft above sea level, with roughly 1,570 ft of climbing one way. It is rated mtb:scale 3: technical riding over blocky ground, drops and tight turns, for skilled riders. Most of the way is dirt. The nearest town is Nago, about 1.2 miles southeast of the start.
