Windy's Floats

Windy's Floats operates 13 different float trips on the Current River, a spring-fed class 1 river with occasional class 2 sections near Eminence, Missouri. Day trips range from 18 miles (Round Springs to Two Rivers), while multi-day options include 26.3 miles (Pulltite to Two Rivers) and 33.5 miles (Pulltite to Powder Mill), with overnight camping on sand and gravel bars. Paddlers encounter Round Spring (flowing 26 million gallons daily), 200-foot dolomite bluffs, caves, and Twin Rocks. The outfitter also runs trips on the Jacks Fork River and offers canoe, kayak, raft, tube, and johnboat rentals with shuttle service. Windy's is authorized within Ozark National Scenic Riverways and encourages environmental stewardship by providing trash bags to all boaters.
