Valley View Hot Springs

Valley View Hot Springs is a clothing-optional resort owned and operated by Orient Land Trust, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the ecosystem of the northern San Luis Valley. The property offers overnight camping and cabin accommodations on land with unique geography and diverse wildlife. Guests can access natural hot springs and explore the surrounding landscape, which includes the historic Everson Ranch—a working ranch since 1872—and the Orient Mine, a former iron ore producer that now hosts nearly 250,000 Brazilian Free-Tailed Bats from mid-June through mid-September. Reservations are highly recommended as admission is limited. Supporting membership with Orient Land Trust allows advance booking beyond 24 hours.
