Teton Whitewater operates four distinct trip types on the Snake River near Jackson Hole. The Classic Whitewater Rafting features Lunch Counter and Big Kahuna rapids in standard 16-person boats with 8 paddlers, suitable for novice rafters and families. The Small Boat Slam uses the smallest commercial rafts on the canyon—8-person boats with 6 paddlers—for more intense whitewater. The Wilson Scenic Float is a 13-mile guided float south of Grand Teton National Park with views of the Tetons and Snake River Mountain Range, where the guide paddles while passengers relax. The Whitewater & Scenic Combo pairs a morning scenic float with an afternoon whitewater trip, including a lunch break at the office. All trips run May through September. Guides are trained in Swiftwater Rescue and certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR. The company has operated for more than 30 years and provides round-trip transportation and all necessary gear.
