Southwest Washington Fairgrounds is the largest indoor/outdoor event facility in the region, offering over 100,000 square feet of multi-use buildings for public and private events. Located at 1909 South Gold Street in Centralia off the I-5 corridor between Seattle and Portland, the facility features the Blue Pavilion (12,000 sq. ft., seats 600), Lee Coumbs Expo Hall (14,735 sq. ft.), Community Events Building (6,000 sq. ft.), 4-H Building with multiple sections, Beef Barn (24,000 sq. ft.), and two stages. The grounds include historic grandstands, two outdoor stages, large parking and camping areas, and barns suitable for animal events. Amenities vary by building—some feature heat and A/C, kitchens, and restrooms. The fairgrounds operates year-round and hosts events including the Washington State Garlic Festival, dog shows, rabbit and cavy shows, and barn hunts.
