Pagosa Pines RV Park is a 23-site, 7+ acre park in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, situated a mile from historic downtown and near the town's renowned hot springs. The heavily wooded property features mature Ponderosa pines and offers back-in and pull-thru sites with 20/30/50 amp service, city water and sewer hookups, HD cable, and free WiFi. Amenities include newly remodeled bathrooms, a fenced dog run with professional dog wash, 24-hour laundry, walking trail, and a community area with wood-burning fire rings, charcoal grills, and picnic tables. Live music from local bands performs on stage every weekend. The park operates seasonally from May 1 to October 1, with nightly rates of $69.50 for back-in sites and $79.50 for pull-thru sites, plus tax.
