The company also runs guided river tubing on the lower Ocoee for all ages, plus climbing, rappelling, and ropes courses on their 21-acre riverside property. Every guide holds Wilderness First Responder, Professional CPR, and Swiftwater Rescue certifications. OAR provides bunkhouse cabins sleeping 16–32 and riverside tent camping, making it a basecamp for groups, schools, and families. A Class V extreme trip is available for certified rafters ages 16 and up. The company has operated since 1977.
