Kalaloch Lodge

Kalaloch Lodge is the only oceanfront lodge in Olympic National Park, offering direct access to Kalaloch Beach and the Pacific Coast. The lodge arranges private guided tours through Olympic Hiking Co., featuring full-day explorations of the Hoh Rain Forest's Hall of Mosses and Spruce Nature Trail in the morning, followed by afternoon beach walks covering up to 2 miles of coastline. Naturalist guides cover ecology, coastal geology, and tide pool life, with picnic lunch included and tours concluding around 2:30pm. Tours cost $650 plus tax per group (with a $50 discount for lodge guests), accommodating groups up to 10 hikers and available for customization. The lodge offers multiple accommodation types—Main Lodge rooms, cabins, and Seacrest House—along with on-site dining at Creekside Restaurant, pet-friendly lodging, and easy access to hiking, whale watching, and ranger programs throughout Olympic National Park.
