Glacier Lodge

Glacier Lodge operates eight rustic cabins at 8,000 feet on Big Pine Creek, with roots dating to 1917. The cabins themselves are historical pieces—several originate from the 1932 Winter Olympics and have been retrofitted with bathrooms and kitchens over decades. The lodge offers a stocked trout pond with priority fishing for children under 16, a full-service tackle shop, and a general store serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can also camp on-site and access hiking to Big Pine Lakes. The property hosts weddings, banquets, corporate retreats, and special events for 2 to 200 people, with catering and event planning available. Pets are welcome for a $30 fee per stay.
