Emerald Water Anglers

Emerald Water Anglers is a Seattle-based fly fishing outfitter and retail shop operating for over 25 years. The business guides local waters including the Yakima River, Cedar River, Skagit/Sauk Rivers, Puget Sound for sea-run cutthroat, and mountain creeks, with particular expertise in Spey casting for steelhead. EWA hosts global fly fishing trips to destinations across nearly 60 countries, including hosted trips to Spain for brown trout, Montana's Flathead River for cutthroat trout, Virginia for muskie, and Colombia's Black Sands Lodge for peacock bass and matrinxa. All hosted trips include pre-trip fly casting lessons, evening tutorials, and guide communication assistance. The shop stocks fly rods, reels, lines, waders, and tackle from brands including Sage, Winston, Orvis, and Simms, and serves as an NRS and Outcast dealer for boats and rafts. EWA also offers fly fishing schools, including the Dec Hogan Spey School held December 12–13, 2026.
