Eclectic Sun Paddlesports operates from Devils Fork State Park's day-use area on Lake Jocassee, offering single and tandem kayak rentals, stand-up paddleboard rentals, and Old Town canoe rentals. All craft accommodate dogs or small children and are available for 2-hour to multi-day rentals. Lake Jocassee spans 7,500 acres with 75 miles of shoreline fed by the Whitewater, Thomson, Horse Pasture, and Toxaway Rivers, with notable waterfalls including Wright's Creek Falls, Mill Creek Falls, and Laurel Fork Falls.

Beyond rentals, Eclectic Sun functions as a full-service outfitter and snack bar, stocking drinks, snacks, ice cream, firewood, ice, camping supplies, and fishing gear.
