Dunton Destinations operates Dunton Hot Springs, a luxury retreat in Colorado featuring hand-hewn log cabins built in a circle around a historic Saloon and Dance Hall. The property's natural hot springs are calcium bicarbonate type with dissolved iron, manganese, and lithium, available in five bathing locations ranging from 85°F to 106°F, including a restored 19th-century bathhouse. Summer activities include fly fishing on an exclusive nine-mile stretch of the West Fork of the Dolores River, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, mountaineering on 14,000-foot peaks, rafting on the Upper and Lower San Miguel, and archeological tours. Winter programming features snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and snow-cat excursions to 10,000 feet. The spa offers 75-minute signature massages, body scrubs, and facials using Susanne Kaufmann products. Yoga sessions and wellness activities complement the mountain setting.
