AYH Ranch

AYH Ranch is a family-owned campground on Vashon Island, 25 minutes by ferry from Seattle, operating since 1971. The property offers tent camping, RV sites, fire-pit teepees, glamping cabins, and lodge rooms, with the centerpiece being the Big Red Barn—built in 1994 and featuring a full kitchen, pool table, foosball, TV lounge, and workspace. The hand-built 1986 Log Cabin Lodge sleeps 15 and is available for full rental. On-site amenities include hot showers, communal kitchens, a volleyball court, and the Fisher Pond hiking trail. The ranch hosts weddings and private events year-round and welcomes dogs. Open May 1–September 30.
