Chemin du canyon is an out-and-back trail, 0.7 miles each way (1.3 miles round trip) in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, inside Parc naturel régional du Verdon. It runs between about 1,900 ft and 2,200 ft above sea level, with roughly 520 ft of climbing one way. It is alpine hiking on rough, exposed ground where you may need your hands for balance; it is for experienced hikers. Most of the way is dirt. The nearest town is Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, about 0.7 miles southeast of the trailhead. Peaks within about 3 miles include Collet de Quinson, L'Ourbes and Belle Pierre. Cascade is within about 3 miles. For camping, Le Vieux Colombier and Camping Saint-Jean are within about 6 miles.
