La Toboggan is an out-and-back mountain bike trail in Occitania, France, inside Parc naturel régional des Pyrénées ariégeoises. It is 1.5 miles each way, 3.1 miles there and back. It runs between about 3,000 ft and 4,440 ft above sea level, with roughly 100 ft of climbing one way. It is rated mtb:scale 2: larger roots and rocks, steps and steeper pitches, for confident riders. The nearest town is Aynat, about 1.6 miles northeast of the start. Peaks within about 3 miles include Roc du Traucadou, Roc du Taus and Roc du Cap de la Caugue.
