Sentier du Tenaison is an out-and-back mountain bike trail in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, inside Parc naturel régional de Chartreuse. It is 0.5 miles each way, 1.0 miles there and back. It runs between about 1,420 ft and 1,720 ft above sea level, with roughly 440 ft of climbing one way.
