Sentier des 32 Contours is an out-and-back mountain bike trail in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, inside Parc naturel régional du Haut-Jura. It is 2.2 miles each way, 4.4 miles there and back. It runs between about 2,910 ft and 5,410 ft above sea level, with roughly 2,950 ft of climbing one way. It is rated mtb:scale 4 or higher: very steep, technical terrain that only expert riders should attempt. Most of the way is dirt. The nearest town is Lélex, about 1.8 miles southwest of the start. Peaks within about 3 miles include Crêt de la Neige, J1 and Grand Crêt. Cascade de Brion is within about 3 miles.
