Fortress Ridge Route is an out-and-back trail, 1.3 miles each way (2.6 miles round trip) in Alberta, Canada, inside Spray Valley Provincial Park. It runs between about 5,190 ft and 7,510 ft above sea level, with roughly 2,440 ft of climbing one way. It is difficult alpine terrain with exposed scrambling, for experienced mountaineers only. The nearest town is Mount Kidd RV Park, about 2.6 miles southwest of the trailhead. Peaks within about 3 miles include Fortress Ridge, Limestone Mountain and Mount Kidd South.
