Área de Proteção Ambiental do Planalto Central is a protected natural area in Federal District, Brazil, covering about 1,240,700 acres (5,021 km²). There are 10 mapped trails inside it, including Acesso à Cachoeira Do Urubu, Alvorecer Dos Pássaros Mod 2 and Conjunto C. Its peaks include Pico do Roncador and Encontro das bacias dos rios Tocantins, São Francisco e Paraná. Waterfalls inside it include Buriti, Cachoeira Mãe and Cachoeira Ponte Alta. For camping, there is Chácara Paraíso. Elevations inside the park range from about 3,300 ft to 4,400 ft. The nearest town is Sobradinho II, about 2.0 miles north of the park's centre.
