Liberty Reservoir is a 3,100-acre Baltimore City water supply reservoir offering some of the best largemouth bass fishing in central Maryland. A special permit is required to fish this reservoir, which limits pressure and maintains quality fishing. The reservoir also supports healthy populations of yellow perch, chain pickerel, and channel catfish.
