Zittels Marina

Zittels Marina is a public ocean beach in Washington, about 4.6 miles from the town of Longbranch. It's a simple stop with restrooms on site, and there's no fee to visit. Swimming is not allowed here, so plan on enjoying the shoreline rather than getting in the water. Summer is the most comfortable time to come. July and August typically bring highs around 76°F and only four or five wet days a month, based on typical averages from a nearby weather station. Winter is far damper, with about 21 wet days in both December and January. For a walk after time on the beach, Loop Trail is about 3.2 miles away, and Four Cedars Trail Loop is about 3.5 miles away. Andy's Marine Park Trail lies about 4.2 miles off. A little farther, the Nisqually Estuary Boardwalk Trail is about 7.1 miles from the marina.
